Mr. Cao is a consummate innovator and inventor, holding 16 patents and patents pending all over the world (4 in the US; 5 in Europe; 1 in China; 1 in Japan; 1 in South Korea and 4 pending).

Mr. Cao is the inventor of the world’s first ever Self Charging Renewable Energy Platform that produces 100% clean, renewable and sustainable electricity utilizing innovative and industry-disruptive technologies. As the Founder/Chairman & CEO of WE Supergreen Energy, he is the driving force behind the strategy and commitment to make WE SuperGreen Energy a dominant global company.

Mr. Cao also was the founder of CZ Biomed Corp. a privately held Biotechnology Company and Stem Cell Therapy International, a publicly traded company, which later merged with Histostem of South Korea.

Mr. Cao is a graduate of University of South Florida with degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. Mr. Cao has founded more than five companies, spanning the Biotech, High Tech and Investment markets. Two out of the five companies have grown into publicly traded companies. Leveraging his experience, commitment and eye for talent and selecting partners.

Executive Profile:For more than 30-years, Mr. Mitchell served in multiple senior leadership capacities leading high-technology medical device companies. In 2008, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer for Nellix Inc. in Palo Alto California, a privately held medical device company specializing in the endovascular treatment of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms. In January 2011, Nellix was sold to NASDAQ-listed Endologix Inc. where he was President for several years. In January 2018, Mr. Mitchell assumed President Emeritus status for Endologix to dedicate more time to a few relevant boards and investments he has made over the years.
In 2005, Mr. Mitchell served as Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President of New York based AngioDynamics, a NASDAQ-listed public company and leading provider of innovative medical devices to treat cancer and peripheral vascular disease. During his tenure, he oversaw the acquisition of RITA Medical. Prior to this, Mr. Mitchell served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Millimed Holdings, Inc., a privately held company in Roskilde, Denmark, developing next-generation drug eluting products for vascular disease. Much of Mr. Mitchell’s professional experience (1986 – 2002) was at Cook Medical Inc., the world’s largest privately held medical device company, where he was accountable for revenues in excess of a billion dollars. As Senior Vice President, living in Bloomington Indiana, he led Cook’s largest revenue generating business units including: interventional radiology, cardiology, endovascular, critical care and surgical. Following his time at Cook, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for NASDAQ-listed Align Technology (Invisalign), Inc. of Santa Clara, California.
Mr. Mitchell is a Senior Advisor for TVM Capital in Dubai and was a General Partner and co-founder of Summit Life Science Partners, an early stage medical device venture fund based in Park City, UT. He has been an advisor to more than 20 humanitarian and/or healthcare companies serving as a member of the board for several. He is a partner and owner in an expanding real estate development project in North Lake Powell Utah. This project is designed to showcase next generation technologies in construction materials, agriculture, energy, water and adventure. Throughout his career, Mr. Mitchell has authored and/or coauthored multiple medical publications, technical papers and clinical presentations. In addition, he has been frequent invited lecturer and keynote speaker in more than 15 countries.
